Double Opt-In Policy – Advertisingknowhow.com wants to make sure that you our members are fully protected from SPAM. To do so, every membership is fully protected with a Double Opt-In feature. This means that once a member signs up, no emails will be sent to them until they have clicked on the confirmation link in the email sent to their List Email address.

Delivery of Advertisements – While we always do everything within our control to make sure that all advertising programs are delivered 100%, we cannot warranty nor guarantee 100% delivery. If for some reason you believe that a program of yours was not fulfilled properly, please contact Admin Support with all the particulars of your campaign  and we will attempt to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.

Marketing Results – Advertisingknowhow.com makes no warranty neither stated nor implied of marketing campaign results. Individual marketing results will vary from member to member and are based solely on the marketer’s experience and marketing savvy.

Guaranteed Up Time – While we make no implied warranty or guarantee as to system up time, availability or timely delivery of Emails or Banner Ads, we do promise to do our best at all times to keep the system up, running and tuned for performance for our members use.

No Spam – Any account caught Spamming in anyway that implicates Advertisingknowhow.com will be deactivated, charged $5 per SPAM allegation, charged $5 per piece of SPAM sent out with Advertisingknowhow.com name implicated in any way and the account will be immediately and permanently terminated without notice or refund. Additionally, 100% of any outstanding commissions owed an account will be forfeited to Advertisingknowhow.com in the event of any SPAM violations. - our entire system is designed to give marketers an alternative to spam. DO NOT use spam in an attempt to gain referrals! All spam complaints will be investigated by our staff, and if a spam complaint is found to be valid, your account will be deleted, you will lose all accrued credits and referrals, you will be banned for life from our system. Don't do it.

Possibly Offensive Materials – Adult, Hate, Racial or Slanderous content and advertising is strictly prohibited. Any account that is caught sending out offensive content or advertisements will be immediately and permanently deactivated without notice or refund. No porn or sex oriented sites. No casino or gambling related sites. No Paid-To-Promote sites. No Ponzi schemes or autosurf investment programs. Advertisingknowhow.com retains the right to final decision over what is considered offensive. We reserve the right to remove, at our discretion, any website or advertisement stored in our database. Please use your best judgment.

Promotional Rights Reserved – Advertisingknowhow.com reserves the right to include all List Email addresses from every member in our marketing programs. You agree to receive email fromthe list management.

Memberships are Non-Transferable - Memberships cannot be resold, are non-transferable and non-willable. Nor can memberships be used by anyone but the membership holder. You may not sell any credits that you have earned in any way  without receiving prior permission. Failure to do so will be grounds for account termination

Liability – Advertising know-how.com in no way implies any warranty nor guarantee as to availability and accepts no liability to its members for loss of income, loss of use nor loss any other conceivable property or value. By becoming a member of Advertising know-how.com, you fully agree to not hold Advertising know-how.com liable for any loss of service, loss of income, loss of opportunity or any other loss that may be conceived of by you as a member.

NO autoresponders. - If we receive an autoreply from your address, your account will be put in an inactive status pending an explanation and removal of that autoresponder failure to comply will result in deletion of your account.

Full inboxes - or bounced emails are cause for removal.  If we are unable to contact you because of invalid or full mailboxes, we reserve the right to delete your account, including accumulated credits, commissions, and your downline.
A voluntary unsubscribe or removal through rules breach does not warrant any refund and none will be given.

Traffic Exchange: Your page may only open one (1) additional window, sites with more than one are not permitted. One window means one pop-up OR one pop-under OR one exit ad. If your site is on a free server that places its own pop-up, that is your one additional window.

Your page may not close the Advertisingknowhow.com frame.

You may not use any auto-refreshing, or auto-clicking devices. ANY TECHNIQUE other than actually loading your Advertisingknowhow.com start page manually and viewing it yourself is a violation of the TERMS OF USE. Your account may be terminated without notice if caught attempting to gain credits in any other way.

Advertising your Advertisingknowhow.com START PAGE, or thank you page url in any way that attempts to get credits from other people's surfing, or not as intended is considered theft and your account may be terminated.

The text on your site must be in ENGLISH or have an ENGLISH translation. We do not mean to discriminate against anyone, however, the staff at Advertisingknowhow.com must be able to read your website.

List builder: In order to accrue credits for your ezine/newsletter you must designate the url given in your list builders members area as your thank you/landing page page in your mail management system. It must not be promoted any other way, including but not exclusive in email messages or traffic exchanges or on your other web pages. Any member found promoting this thank you/landing page url by any other method than what was intended Your account may be terminated without notice.

Converting Credits to cash: Converting your credits to cash depends on your having a url in rotation on the traffic exchange. All requests for cash payments are vetted by admin and any non compliance of our terms of service will mean forfeit of any and all cash or credits in your account.

Right to Update – Advertisingknowhow.com reserves the right to update and change these terms and conditions of use at any time without prior notice. These rules are the terms and conditions of membership.  By opening an account and by use of our service, you agree to be bound by them.
